Key Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections
• Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies
• Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls
• Performs routine tasks with increasing speed and accuracy.
• Requires less frequent supervision and begins to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Demonstrates better understanding of internal processes and can support slightly more varied tasks.
• Has no discretion to vary from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

Requirements:

• College or university degree holder or the equivalent work experience
• Has conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices.
