Senior Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen at Clifton Springs Golf Club, one of the Bellarine's premier hospitality venues.

What You'll Do

• Full kitchen leadership role including menu planning, budgeting, stock control, ordering and receiving deliveries

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency

• Plate meals and finish dishes with sauces, garnishes and attention to detail

• Store food correctly and maintain temperature control standards

• Prepare meals to accommodate special dietary requirements

• Work closely with management, kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety standards

• Demonstrate cooking techniques and support kitchen best practices

• Train, mentor and collaborate with team members

• Monitor and manage ovens, grills and other kitchen equipment

What You'll Bring

• AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef, in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Ability to thrive under pressure

• Commit beyond normal working hours as and when required
