Bid Manager – Proposal & Pursuit

In Your First 12 Months, You Will;

• Take ownership of end-to-end bids with minimal supervision.
• Partner with leaders to shape compelling and competitive customer solutions.
• Coordinate contributors across operations, technology, finance and commercial teams.
• Deliver high-quality submissions that are compliant, persuasive and on time.
• Improve bid processes, templates and reusable content libraries.
• Help grow Symbos by supporting strategic customer opportunities.
  
  

What You'll Bring;

• Experience managing complex bids, tenders or proposals independently.
• Experience within BPO, contact centres, outsourcing or managed services.
• Strong proposal writing and executive-level communication capability.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to balance commercial, operational and customer requirements.
• Strong attention to compliance, governance and submission quality.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
