Registered Nurse

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Braemar Village Aged Care Facility on a casual basis. We are looking for someone who is able to join us for afternoon shifts and night shifts.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, all the while providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

What you’ll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse (in aged care sector)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of Influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia.
