About the role We are looking for a caring and reliable support worker to visit clients in their own homes and provide personal care and companionship in line with each person’s individual care plan and the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll report to a Care Designer and work alongside a close-knit Care Team to make sure every client receives consistent, high-quality support.

Because our clients rely on us around the clock, visits can fall in the early morning, during the day, in the evening, or overnight, so flexibility across a rostered week of approximately 38 hours is part of the role. What you’ll be doing
