Dental Assistant/Receptionist

National Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to assist the team in our modern NDC Thompson Road (Cranbourne North) practice on a casual basis.
This position is an all-rounder: Sterilisation Nursing, Dental Assisting, and Reception!
Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to further develop their skills across all areas of the practice.

About the RoleAs a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving Thompson Road practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & ExperienceYou have:Proven Dental Assistant experience (minimum 2 years)Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suitePrevious experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirableYou are:Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentationAn excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detailExtremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframesReliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
