About the role:

Operating within Learning and Leadership Enterprise , with a focus on business development and innovation, the position will work with the Associate Dean Partnerships to build relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry, government, special interest groups and networks, academics, course providers key government agencies, the broader community and campus-based organisations. The position-holder will actively seek innovation and development opportunities and new markets for existing and re-purposed products. The Partnerships Operations Manager will support the development of partnership research proposals and tender writing and develop and promote community engagement activities within and beyond the University. The position manages a small team responsible for delivering LLE's partnerships and business development objectives. The successful applicant must also have vision and the capacity to strategically develop and promote the Faculty aligned with the University's Mission and Strategic plans.

What we offer:

• Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
