We are a leading edge, fast paced multi faceted cosmetics company with an international market, based at Pinkenba in Brisbane. 

We are on the lookout for a dynamic professional Beauty Therapist to join our fun and pro-active team. This position has a strong emphasis on customer support on the phone and online communication, as well as sales and training in our products. It is important to be a team player and be able to work on your own. Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.      

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending to customers over the phone, email and in person, conduct product knowledge training in our products and product demonstrations. You will be working in house at our head office, as well as out on the road in parts of Queensland and other parts of Australia as required. 

The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of our company standards and processes, including customer support. 

Start date immediate or asap.

Skills required: 

• Beauty Therapy Diploma

• Beauty Therapy salon experience, including waxing is a must

• You are sales focused

• Good negotiation skills

• A positive, hands on, can-do attitude 

• Dynamic and creative sales skills

• Training and presenting experience preferred

• Comfortable communicating with people of all walks of life and cultures   

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• General computer skills are an advantage

• Attention to detail and being proactive in what is required 

• Able to take direction to blend in with company standards

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• You have a current drivers licence
