About the Role

As a Registered Nurse / Educator, you’ll work across two key areas:

• Clinical Care: Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands-on clinical expertise.
• Education & Training: Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer) to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration (RN)
• Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings
• Strong background in nursing education and hands-on training
• Ability to translate care plans into easy-to-follow training materials
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexible and willing to travel to sites across NSW
