Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm, with 1-day WFH post-probation)

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 + superannuation, depending on experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced people leader with a background in construction administration, property operations or project coordination to join Infinity Group as our Construction Delivery Team Leader This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys leading teams, improving processes, strengthening stakeholder relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the property build journey.

This is not a construction site role, and we are not a builder.

You’ll work from our Cremorne office managing the investor experience throughout their property build, acting as the central point of communication between our residential investment clients, their builders, developers, property managers, internal teams and external partners. You will lead, coach and support members of our Construction Administration team, helping to create clear workflows, strengthen team performance and build trusted stakeholder relationships as Infinity continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, coach and support a team of 9 Construction Administrators across onshore and offshore functions, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous development.
• Oversee daily team operations, including task allocation, workload management, workflow efficiency and quality standards across pre-construction, construction and post-construction activity.
• Take ownership of unresolved developer issues, driving them directly with the developer or builder until a clear, documented resolution is reached for the client.
• Act as the senior escalation point for client and stakeholder enquiries, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication throughout the property build journey.
• Partner closely with builders, developers, property managers, contractors and internal teams to keep residential investment clients informed, supported and confident.
• Review, approve and maintain accuracy of builder-issued documentation before it is distributed to clients.
• Support and guide the team across key construction administration requirements, including progress payments, insurance, practical completion, defect inspection coordination and client updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team capability and the overall investor experience as Infinity continues to grow.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with all parties to support smooth project outcomes.

About you

You'll bring:

• 5+ years experience in construction administration, property administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team.
• Experience chairing or leading regular meetings with builders, developers or external project partners, including setting agendas and driving actions to completion. 
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes from settlement through to completion.
• Experience overseeing compliance, documentation and operational processes across residential builds from pre-construction through to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience improving processes, driving team performance and managing competing priorities.
• Qualifications in Property, Construction, Business or a related fields are highly regarded.
