About the role
Grounded is delivering one of the region’s largest commercial projects, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to take charge on the ground.
This is a permanent position tied to a long-term, large-scale project in Bunbury. The current roster is Monday to Friday, whether you’re based locally or working on a DIDO arrangement from Perth. About the role:
As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site delivery, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence as we deliver a polished, large-scale commercial space.
Key responsibilities
Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project timelines and specifications
Coordinating with Project Managers and stakeholders for smooth project delivery
Leading site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Conducting quality inspections and managing defect rectification
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and company policies
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary training (highly regarded)
Current White Card and driver's license
