M&B Sales is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Social Media Graduate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities that genuinely influence business growth.

Unlike agency roles where you become one small part of the process, this position will provide hands-on experience across strategy, execution and campaign delivery, allowing you to develop skills that will accelerate your career.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our People, Culture & Marketing Lead, you will gain exposure to:

• Social media planning and content creation

• Photography and video content development

• Digital marketing campaigns

• Brand and promotional activities

• Event planning and execution

• Website content management

• Graphic design and marketing collateral

• Internal communications and employer branding

• Campaign reporting and analytics

This role offers variety, creativity and the opportunity to see your work make a genuine impact.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed (or is nearing completion of) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline

• Has a passion for social media, content creation and branding

• Is confident using Canva and social media platforms

• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

• Has a creative eye and attention to detail

• Is proactive, organised and eager to learn

• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing or website management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
