As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Administrator to become an integral part of our Cairns team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is far more than an administration role.

As our Operations Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business, working across administration, marketing, scheduling, HR, safety and day-to-day operations to keep everything running efficiently. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and loves finding better ways of doing things.

Your day could include:

• Coordinating daily administration and supporting operational workflow
• Assisting with job scheduling and liaising with field teams
• Managing customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Supporting HR, onboarding and workplace health & safety administration
• Creating social media content, marketing campaigns, website design and customer engagement initiatives
• Assisting with CRM management, customer communications and lead nurturing
• Processing compliance documentation and network applications
• Identifying process improvements and helping implement more efficient systems
• Providing general administrative support across all areas of the business

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You'll be someone who:

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in accurate work
• Enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service
• Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a small close-knit team

Experience we'd love to see:

• Previous administration, operations or office coordination experience
• Experience supporting trade or construction businesses (highly regarded)
• Simpro, Pipereply or similar software experience (preferred)
• Marketing, social media or content creation experience (preferred)
• HR, compliance or WHS administration experience (advantageous)

Bonus points for:

• Experience supporting trades, technicians or field teams
• Understanding of solar workflows, warranties or network applications
• Exposure to social media or website management (WordPress/ Elementor)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
