About the Role
Reporting to a highly experienced, supportive Service Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations. Working closely with four Foremen, you'll drive productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support our Workshop Foremen across daily operations
• Coordinate workshop workflow and allocate repair orders effectively
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop profitability
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time
• Coach, mentor, and develop Foremen, technicians, and apprentices
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain workshop standards, compliance requirements, and safety expectations
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive, engaged team culture

About You
You are a confident leader who enjoys building great teams and achieving results.
To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
• Heavy Vehicle Trade Qualification
• Strong leadership experience managing and motivating teams
• A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
• A current Australian driver's licence (HR licence advantageous)
• Dealership experience will be highly regarded
