The Role
Our People and Culture Directorate is focused on creating a high-performing, future-ready workforce that can meet the evolving needs of the department.
A major focus of this role is leading the implementation of workforce planning initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the department. You'll work with leaders to identify future capability requirements, address workforce risks, build leadership pipelines and implement initiatives that position the organisation for long-term success.

Advancing reconciliation outcomes, strengthening leadership capability and shaping culture.
Leading a passionate and experienced team focused on building capability, strengthening culture and improving employee experience.
Delivering innovative initiatives that help our people thrive and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
Partnering with executives and leaders across the business.
