Serving thousands of guests each week, La Piazza is a fast-paced operation where energy, teamwork, and strong leadership are key to success.

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead from the front and take ownership of daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in busy environments, brings structure and accountability to their team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences at scale.

About You

You're a confident hospitality leader with a proven track record in high-volume venues. You excel at managing large teams, maintaining operational excellence under pressure, and creating a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, flow, and efficiency

• Maintain strong structure, systems, and procedures across the venue

• Drive consistent service standards and quality across all shifts

• Manage bookings, functions, and peak service periods with confidence

• Oversee rostering, labour, and costs to support operational performance

• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability

• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain a strong focus on compliance, safety, and operational standards

About You

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or mid-senior leader in a high-volume venue

• Strong operator with experience managing busy, structured environments

• Confident leading large teams and maintaining performance under pressure

• Highly organised with strong focus on systems, flow, and execution

• Hands-on leader who leads from the front during service

• A la carte experience beneficial, but high-volume experience essential

• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and peak periods

• Current RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain)

• Assistant Restaurant Managers with strong high-volume experience are encouraged to apply
