Hunter Street Hospitality are building the opening team for Shokunin, for our newest Japanese dining destination at Hamer Hall, Melbourne.

An opening is a unique opportunity to help shape a venue from day one. We’re looking for people who care about their craft, understand great hospitality and thrive in a high-performing team.
  
Previous experience in quality restaurants, bars or premium hospitality environments will be highly regarded. For our Sommelier team, strong wine knowledge and experience are important, with sake knowledge or qualifications highly regarded.
  
The Role Hunter Street is on the hunt for a passionate Bar Manager who lives and breathes mixology.

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Beverage and Group Bars Manager, with their support and expertise behind you every step of the way. Together, you’ll have the opportunity to create a bespoke cocktail list designed to make a lasting impression and deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.
