About the role
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence, your responsibilities include undertaking eligibility and risk assessments, developing and implementing tailored case plans, providing high-quality professional case management and support, facilitating Men’s Behaviour Change Programs, supporting family safety where required, and developing strong links with specialist services to address client needs and promote positive, safe and sustainable outcomes.
This role is located at Cranbourne North and is full-time permanent role, working five (5) days per week with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. Part-time availabilities (minimum of 4 days per week) can also be considered. The base salary range is $101,948 - $109,287 (pro-rata) per annum.
