Sales Team Leader - Health Insurance (Weekend Team)

Docklands | Saturday–Tuesday |Starting base $110K (inclusive) FTE + potential to reach $140K + Uncapped Commissions

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Health Insurance Sales Consultants
• Drive sales performance through clear goals, regular feedback, and celebrating wins
• Monitor results and use data to help your team reach and exceed targets
• Build a positive, high-energy culture where people perform at their best
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Collaborate with other leaders to streamline processes and improve results
• Manage escalations with confidence and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in health insurance.
• Proven leadership experience in a sales environments
• A track record of motivating teams to hit KPIs and deliver results
• Excellent communication, coaching and decision-making skills
• High emotional intelligence.. you lift others and lead by example
• Calm and adaptable under pressure
