We’re looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive new business and support existing clients. This role is fast paced and reports to the Sales Manager offering a mix of office-based lead generation and on-road client appointments - perfect for someone who loves variety, structure, and building strong relationships. No traditional sales background required, we welcome candidates from retail, customer service, or any role where you've built strong people skills and delivered results.

What You’ll Do:

Office Days:

• Make upwards of 50 cold calls a day

• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and meet daily KPI targets.

• Book appointments for upcoming road days.

• Handle credit applications, client follow-ups and basic query resolution.

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support inbound calls and assist the team during peak periods.

• Join weekly sales meetings.

Field Days:

• Meet with new prospects and existing clients to grow revenue.

• Run effective sales appointments using our proven sales process.

• Work within your assigned territory and manage your own schedule efficiently.

• Complete quick end‑of‑day CRM updates after each field day.

• Conduct occasional client site inspections and escalate safety risks when required.

Skills and Experience

• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results

• Resilient, energetic, and eager to learn

• 0-2 years’ experience in sales – but not essential

• Driver’s license essential

• Full working rights
