About the role
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Concrete Plant Manager to join the team at Adbri Concrete. This is your opportunity to become an integral team member at one of Australia's leading construction materials producers, and to contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and quality products from day one.
Reporting to the Concrete Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 4+ direct reports across our Southern sites (Lonsdale (x2) and Sellicks) ensuring operational plans, objectives and site requirements are met so that plant and equipment operate at optimum cost, with the highest availability, safely and without environmental impact. A company vehicle is provided to support travel across the multi-site region.
This is a genuine people leadership role — you'll supervise, mentor, coach and develop a diverse team of plant operators and site employees, building a strong safety culture and high-performing team across all three locations.
