About the role
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations, cost effectiveness, product availability, and reliable service delivery.Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring supply chain plans, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely flow of materials and products. The Supply Chain Manager will monitor supply and demand, evaluate supplier and logistics performance, identify potential disruptions, and implement appropriate solutions to maintain operational continuity.The role also involves analyzing supply chain data and key performance indicators, optimizing inventory and transportation costs, improving forecasting and planning processes, and supporting supplier management initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and operations teams to streamline workflows, manage supply chain risks, and continuously improve overall performance.QualificationsStrong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.Ability to coordinate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, procurement, and supplier management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.Understanding of supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, service level, and logistics costs.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, planning, and reporting.Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement, or supply chain management systems is preferred.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.Strong negotiation, supplier management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to supply chain disruptions.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency, cost optimization, service quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
