At Castlery, we design modern furniture for the way people live today. As we grow our retail presence in Australia, we're looking for a commercially driven Events & Retail Marketing Specialist to lead showroom marketing initiatives and drive footfall, brand awareness, and sales performance.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute showroom-led marketing activations, with a strong focus on events, partnerships, and community engagementPlan and run end-to-end events (concept → execution → post-event performance) to drive showroom traffic and brand experiencePartner with Showroom Managers to design local campaigns that convert foot traffic into salesIdentify and build local partnerships and collaborations to grow brand presence and reachOwn the showroom marketing calendar, aligned to key trading moments and product launchesWork with central teams to amplify campaigns across social and CRM channelsTrack and optimise performance based on footfall, engagement, and campaign impact

What You'll Bring

3–5 years of experience in event marketing, retail marketing, or brand activationsProven track record of delivering high-impact events or local marketing campaignsStrong ability to translate brand experiences into customer engagement and trafficComfortable working cross-functionally with retail/store teamsHands-on, resourceful, and execution-focusedExposure to performance tracking (e.g. attendance, engagement, conversion)
