About Position:
Serve as the onsite technical leader and customer-facing SME for Amazon Connect transformation, migration, conversational AI, enterprise integrations and managed service operations.

What You'll Do:Lead architecture and solution design; manage stakeholder workshops; guide offshore teams; oversee Amazon Connect implementation, migration, IVR/contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, governance, release management and production support.Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, drive best practices, review designs, manage risks and support executive-level customer engagements.
Preferred ExperienceGlobal contact center transformations, multilingual solutions, voice-to-voice translation, cloud migration programmes, managed services and enterprise architecture engagements.
Expertise You'll Bring:12+ years overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience.Experience with retail digital transformation programs.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting platforms.AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator and related AWS certifications preferred.Executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting skills, problem solving and leadership.
