Production Manager

The Production Designer/Manager is a key member of the team responsible for delivering large-scale, highly detailed, technically challenging ephemeral environments and experiences for the world's leading luxury and premium brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Apple, alo, Van Cleef & Arpels and many more to an uncompromising standard of creativity, design and production excellence.

About You

A premium operator with uncompromising standards across detail and deliveryA build and technical lead, with extensive experience across custom build, fabrication, spatial design, AV, lighting and riggingProficient in Vectorworks/CAD, producing accurate drawings and comprehensive build documentationCommercially astute, with strong control of budgets, quotes and supplier negotiationsStrategic and solution‑oriented, calm and decisive under pressureCalm and decisive in demanding environments, able to multitask, think laterally and maintain quality under pressureProcess‑driven, with rigorous control of schedules, logistics and deliveryConfident, hands‑on operator able to drive production outcomes end to endStrong collaborator and communicator across clients, suppliers and internal teamsSafety‑focused, with ownership of WH&S, permits and complianceExperience in, or a strong alignment with, luxury, fashion and beauty, and a clear understanding of pace, discretion and detail.Someone with an architectural and design background who is passionate about creating work that moves from concept to live experience.Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
