Clinical Manager Aged Care

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise can make a real difference?

Right at Home Gold Coast North is seeking a passionate Care Manager RN to provide clinical leadership across our growing community care services.

This is an opportunity to combine clinical leadership, complex care management, mentoring and service development while supporting clients to remain safe and independent at home.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

• Manage clients and oversee their clinical care.

• Complete clinical assessments and individualised care plans.

• Provide clinical guidance, escalation support and mentoring to nurses and care teams.

• Lead complex wound assessment, treatment and management.

• Support clinical care including catheter care, continence, diabetes, seizures and medication management.

• Review clinical documentation and support clinical governance and compliance.

• Lead clinical incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and develop nurses and care partners.

• Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

• Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical services.

We are looking for an experienced RN who is confident, clinically strong and passionate about developing others.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.

• Clinical leadership experience.

• Experience in community nursing, aged care, disability or acute care.

• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.

• Complex wound care experience is highly desirable.

• Experience mentoring or educating clinical and non clinical teams.

• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

• Current Driver’s Licence.

• Required compliance checks or willingness to obtain.

• Full-time Monday–Friday role
