👶 About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join us on a part-time basis. Our centre operates from 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday, and we are seeking someone who brings flexibility and enthusiasm to our daily routines.

As an Educator, you will:

• Create engaging, fun, and inviting learning experiences for the children

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with our close knit family community

• Support daily room routines across open, close, and midday shifts

• Keep paperwork practical and minimal while maintaining a child-focused environment

• Collaborate closely with our supportive leadership team and fellow educators

🎓 You'll Need

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

• Prior experience working in an early childhood setting

• First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

• Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)

• Completed Child Protection training

• Availability to work part-time across 5 days a week, including opens, closes, and lunch cover shifts
