3 Steps Early Learning is a small family owned service that focuses on creating a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children feel at home. 

We are looking for passionate and inspiring Educators to be a part of our beautiful boutique family owned service at Camden. Our service operates between 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strong positive communicating skills, both verbal and written;

• The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families;

• Creating, planning and implementing quality educational programs;

• Assisting in the daily routines and how to make them more effective during learning;

• Ensuring children are a part of a warm and stimulating environment that will support their development.

We are looking for you if you…

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma;

• Hold a current Working with Children's Check;

• An understanding of contemporary child-safe practices

• Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);

• Hold a First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain);

• Are motivated, committed and be an all round team player
