Cafe All rounder/ Barista

Elvy's Café in Shorncliffe is on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy team.

About the Role:

• Craft quality coffee with consistency, speed, and care

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and genuine customer service

• Support the team with general café duties — food prep, cleaning, and POS operations

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months barista experience preferred but not essential

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

• A team player with a positive attitude and great communication

• Weekend availability is essential, morning and afternoon shifts available

• Previous café or hospitality experience highly regarded
