Territory Sales Representative

Bona Australia is a subsidiary of the global company Bona AB based in Malmo, Sweden.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. An attractive salary package including car allowance or company vehicle is negotiable based on experience and demonstrated sales skills.

Are you a highly motivated, experienced field sales professional? Do you have proven ability to seize on opportunities and close sales?

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing accounts

• Actively prospect and win new customers

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for our Victorian market

• Meet and exceed sales targets

What we are looking for:

• A minimum 5 years proven success in field sales

• Strong sales and communication skills

• A sales hunter mentality

• Solid CRM system experience for customer reporting

• Ability to engage Trades people and Specifiers such as Architects & Designers

Bona Australia has a market leading position in the supply of specialist products for the timber flooring industry. Knowledge of this market would be an advantage but is not necessary, as full product training will be provided if you have the required sales skills. This role is based in Clayton and covers Melbourne and regional Victoria.
