Leasing Executive

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
 

• Handle preliminary enquiries from prospective tenants when able providing general information from the rental list 

• Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service  

• Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner  

• Assist with promotional activities

• Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants  

• Carry out tenant reference checking processes  

• Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators 

• Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation

• The full-time position will involve Saturday work, with one day off during the week

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
 

• Current Industry standard certification or licence

• Reliable car/drivers licence

• Excellent phone manner

• Corporate presentation

• An eye for attention to detail

• Strong computer skills

• Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
