Senior Physiotherapist - ICU

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment and care for patients across intensive care and acute inpatient settings. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll manage complex clinical caseloads, support quality improvement and research initiatives, mentor junior clinicians and students, and help drive innovative, patient-centred physiotherapy services that achieve exceptional health outcomes.

You are an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care while supporting clinical excellence and team development. You will have:

• Demonstrated expertise delivering high-quality physiotherapy services in intensive care and acute inpatient settings.
• Strong clinical judgement with the ability to prioritise complex caseloads and make informed decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, building effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and with patients and families.
• Proven ability to mentor, supervise and support junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through quality initiatives, research, education and evidence-based practice.
