After more than 20 years of building a strong business with excellent client relationships and significant barriers to entry, the founder is looking to bring in a capable operational partner.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced market research professional to step beyond consulting and assume the day-to-day leadership of an established and specialist research business.

The Opportunity

You will take primary responsibility for:

• Day-to-day operations and back-office execution

• Client relationship management and sales growth

• Delivery of our core research products and new initiatives

• Growing revenue and profit while maintaining our high-quality standards

Who we’re looking for

• Ideally 10+ years’ experience in market research, (wealth management / financial services experience highly regarded)

• Strong commercial instincts — you enjoy sales, client relationships and growing a business

• Operationally strong and organised — comfortable owning the detail as well as the strategy

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and motivated by building something of lasting value

• High integrity and collaborative

• Importantly, a long-term thinker looking for a real opportunity to build a business over the long-term

This role would suit a senior researcher, research manager or consultant who is ready for the next step in their career or a market research consultancy looking to expand through an established client portfolio and build a long-term commercial partnership.
