KTS Recycling is a leading transfer station in Victoria, dedicated to salvaging goods and diverting waste from landfill.
KTS Recycling is Melbourne’s leading resource recovery and waste transfer station operator, with locations in Knox, Frankston, Coldstream, and Wesburn. We take pride in our e-waste recycling, fridge degassing, and mattress recycling services, and offer a recycled goods shop on-site, packed with quality items ready for a new life.
About the Role
The successful applicant will report to the QSE Systems Manager and play a key role in ensuring compliance with all company, regulatory, and statutory requirements. As part of a strong team culture, you will contribute to maintaining QSE standards across all four KTS sites. This position is based at the Knox Transfer Station in Wantirna South and may require visiting other sites time to time.
Details of the Position
Analyse, monitor, and maintain the QSE system.
Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions.
Perform data entry, administration, and manage registers.
Organize QSE training and staff inductions.
Conduct audits and safety inspections.
Travel between sites as required.
Amend and issue authorised management documents.
Report HSE incidents/injuries and assist with investigations.
Engage staff in open dialogue on QSE matters.
To engage with staff to create an open dialogue on QSE matters.
Liaise with relevant external organisations such as the EPA, WorkSafe and Councils.
Prepare reports for management.
