• Shape supply chain outcomes for major national customers and influence initiatives that improve both customer performance and business value.
• Work across national account teams, logistics functions and customer stakeholders, creating broad visibility across the supply chain network.
• Lead process optimisation and operational improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact across customer and business operations.

Act as the critical link between Asahi and major customers, ensuring supply chains operate smoothly, efficiently and deliver strong service outcomes. Partner closely with national account teams, customer stakeholders and logistics teams to identify profitable and innovative solutions that create value for both businesses. Drive consistent supply chain processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and support performance against key customer KPIs. Each day brings a mix of customer engagement, operational problem solving and project coordination across teams, states and businesses.

• Build strong relationships with major customers and internal stakeholders to support effective supply chain management and influence outcomes that improve profitability and service performance.
• Identify profitable and innovative supply chain solutions that optimise network performance, enhance service levels and maximise value for both Asahi and major customers.
• Communicate customer feedback and operational insights across the business, ensuring customer requirements are understood and reflected in strategy and decision making.
• Monitor customer KPIs and collaborate with logistics teams and customer stakeholders to drive operational improvements and strengthen service outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects and knowledge transfer initiatives that connect national account teams, sales teams and operational stakeholders across states and businesses.

• You bring experience working within FMCG, retail or beverage supply chain and logistics environments and understand the operational realities of customer-facing supply chains.
• You understand warehousing and distribution across Australian supply chain networks, including logistics cost drivers, Chain of Responsibility regulations and under bond compliance requirements.
• You apply strong analytical capability to support data-driven decisions and evaluate opportunities to improve supply chain performance.
• You communicate with confidence, building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders while presenting information clearly and effectively.
• You thrive working autonomously, using sound business judgement to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders and drive cohesive outcomes.
