Saddle up Crew Ringers Western is expanding across the country & we are looking for Store & Assistant Managers who are ready to lead more than a store — they’re ready to lead an experience.

Our Stores ar’nt just another retail space. It’s the home of Ringers Western, the front door to our brand, and the place where customers, partners, and guests experience who we are for the very first time.

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic leader’s to take the reins and create something truly special.

One day you might be welcoming a family shopping for their first pair of boots, the next you could have a footy team walking through the doors, a photoshoot happening in-store, brand partners visiting, or even a few four-legged guests making an appearance.

About The Role

As a member of the management team, you will be the face of Ringers Western.

You will lead the team, drive commercial success, and create an unforgettable customer experience that reflects everything our brand stands for.

You’ll own the energy of the store — setting the culture, creating the standard, and ensuring every customer, guest, and partner who walks through the doors feels the Ringers Western difference.

Your days will include:

• Leading and inspiring a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Creating a store environment that feels welcoming, authentic, and true to our country roots
• Being the ultimate brand ambassador and bringing our story to life through every interaction
• Driving sales performance, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
• Building strong relationships with our community, customers, partners, and brand ambassadors
• Managing the day-to-day rhythm of a fast-paced flagship location
• Creating memorable experiences that turn customers into lifelong fans
