Azure Specialists Home Care Services is a geriatrician-led provider growing our allied health team. We're looking for Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who want to do real, hands-on work in participants' homes — without the caseload chaos or solo grind that comes with most community roles.

What you'll do
Home visits across the Eastern, South-Eastern and Mornington Peninsula regions — functional and home-safety assessments, falls prevention, reablement programs, equipment prescription and home modifications for our Support at Home and restorative care participants.

What you'll need

• AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy) and relevant tertiary qualification

• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
