Efficient Recruitment Pty Ltd Aligned Leisure is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing strategy and drive maximum participation and revenue across our programs, services and events. Lead campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, web, email, CRM, onsite and community channels. Develop targeted marketing strategies using customer insights, market trends and data to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, on-brand marketing and advertising content. Manage website, digital and CRM activity to strengthen customer engagement, conversion and retention. Partner with operational and sales teams to identify commercial opportunities and translate business priorities into effective marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with Council, Aligned Leisure and Richmond Football Club teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies and leverage broader brand opportunities. Measure and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimise marketing activity and return on investment. Ensure all marketing activity reflects the Aligned Leisure brand, purpose, values and customer promise.

Qualification & experience Proven experience in a marketing and communications role  Strong background in delivering excellent customer service  Web design experience an advantage, but not essential  Willingness to undergo a National Police Check  Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check  Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification if not already held
