What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs.

• Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.

• Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.

• Managing rental arrears.

• Preparing and completing lease sign-ups and tenancy documentation.

• Using Ailo and other systems to efficiently manage your portfolio.

What you'll bring:

• Must hold a current ACT Real Estate Registration or Licence.

• Previous experience as a Property Manager.

• A reliable, registered, and roadworthy vehicle.

• A willing and positive attitude.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.

• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
