Product Manager Cruise - Broadbeach, QLD

• Develop and deliver competitive, high-performing cruise holiday packages across global destinations.
• Conduct market research and identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to inform product strategy.
• Package cruises with flights, hotels, land tours, and value-added inclusions to maximise customer appeal.
• Build and manage relationships with cruise lines, hotels, and land operators, negotiating competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
• Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive commercial performance.
• Monitor booking trends, customer feedback, margins, booking velocity, and ROI to optimise product results.
• Oversee the accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of products within internal systems and resources.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the travel industry.
• Cruise industry experience or cruise product knowledge preferred.
• Strong understanding of the global cruise market and key industry trends.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and make informed business decisions.
• Experience developing, managing, or packaging travel products and holiday offerings.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer value.
