Senior Test Analyst - Playwright

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategy for complex Integration projects.Create automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Validate complex integrations across APIs, microservices, databases, and external systems.Participate in requirement reviews and identify automation opportunities.Analyse test results, troubleshoot failures, and eliminate flaky scripts.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.Review automation code and mentor junior team members.Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and quality engineering practices.

Required Skills And Experience

8+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong focus on Test Automation.Experience validating integrations between enterprise systems, third-party services, and middleware platforms.Strong hands-on experience in API Testing and API Automation using Playwright, Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, or similar tools.Proven experience in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-Driven, BDD).Experience automating API, and Integration test scenarios.Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience in performance, contract, or integration testing is an added advantage.Location should be Brisbane or Melbourne with NV1 clearance.Experience in Air traffic control domain is a strong plus.
