💼 Paid Training Program
Our Training & Assessment Program will kick off on the 31 August 2026 – and yes, you’ll be paid while you train!

Shift Times:

• Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Note: Shifts are set on a rolling roster – you must be available for all types of shifts if on a Permanent Part Time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-aware, emotionally intelligent team players

• Absolute commitment to clients

• Qualifications or experience in Disability, Individual Support, or Mental Health (desirable, not essential)

• Willingness to learn and embrace ongoing training
