About the Role:

You will provide expert clinical leadership and specialised nursing or midwifery advice to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will support complex clinical care, lead evidence-based practice, contribute to quality improvement, and guide the development of clinical capability across the service.

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• At least 3 years’ post-registration experience with demonstrated expertise in the relevant area of nursing or midwifery practice.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams and improve practice.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff, with a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care and service improvement.
