About Ashfords
Ashfords is entering an exciting new chapter as we expand our footprint with a proposed Melbourne CBD office, creating new opportunities for ambitious professionals who want to be part of something from the ground up.
As the largest independently owned multidisciplinary firm in Melbourne's South East, we bring together seven specialist business units, combining the capability of a larger firm with the agility, accessibility and culture of an independent business.
Joining our CBD team means more than taking on a new role. It's an opportunity to help shape a growing office, build lasting client relationships, work alongside experienced leaders and contribute to the next stage of Ashfords' growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing office from the beginning, working closely with Partners to develop client relationships, build a high-performing team and help shape the future direction of the practice.
You'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, become a trusted adviser to businesses and private clients, and have the autonomy to make decisions, drive improvements and influence how the office grows and operates.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, while enjoying the visibility, influence and career opportunities that come with being part of a growing office and a progressive firm.
If you're entrepreneurial, commercially minded and looking for a genuine leadership opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
