Customer Service & Admin Assistant – Asset Finance

We are looking for a confident and personable individual to join a friendly and supportive asset finance team in an administration and client support role. This is a great opportunity for someone with good communication skills, call centre or customer services experience and the ability to build rapport easily over the phone.

Some finance experience is helpful but not essential, as you’ll get full training and ongoing support. This is a role that is very client experience focused, working with applications and supporting brokers through the process.

• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, admin, retail, hospitality or sales is highly regarded

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients

• Answer incoming enquiries and update clients

• Assist Senior Brokers with administrative tasks during the loan application process

• Liaise with clients, lenders and other parties. Ensure smooth processing

• Collecting and organising documents in support of applications

• Maintain accurate client records and file management.

• Provide a positive and professional customer experience at every step
