The Position

An exciting full-time opportunity exists for you to join The Calile Team in the role of Night Auditor. As a key contributor to the seamless and efficient overnight operations of this very busy property, your main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Delivering a seamless guest experience, including check-ins and check-outs
• Responding to guest requests promptly, including facilitating in-room dining orders
• Overseeing hotel operations overnight, including managing guest feedback and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
• Auditing daily front office and food & beverage activity in line with policies and procedures
• Preparing accurate financial and yield reports as directed
• Maintaining guest security and privacy at all times

About You

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar 5-star hotel role
• Confident managing guest experience overnight, including check-in/out
• Comfortable assisting with guest requests, including in-room dining
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Understanding of hotel finance or willingness to learn
• Opera Cloud experience is advantageous
• Flexible availability across overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
