Located just five minutes south of Dunsborough in the heart of Yallingup, Caves House Hotel is one of the South West's most iconic hospitality destinations. This historic 120-year-old property is set amongst beautiful, expansive grounds and features restaurants, bars, function and event spaces, and accommodation.

Following the recent sale of the property, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the ongoing care and maintenance of this unique venue.This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional to take ownership of a diverse and rewarding role. Our long-serving Maintenance Manager, who dedicated more than 20 years to the property, has recently retired, creating an exciting opportunity for the right person to continue maintaining this landmark destination to the highest standard.

With a large and varied property to manage, no two days are the same. You'll oversee preventative maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, assist with capital improvement projects, and ensure the hotel, grounds, plant, and equipment remain safe, functional, and well presented.

Working alongside a Maintenance Assistant, you'll be responsible for keeping the property operating efficiently while supporting the wider team when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the property.

• Perform preventative maintenance across buildings, grounds, plant, and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimise operational downtime.

• Coordinate and assist with capital works and improvement projects.

• Ensure the property is maintained in a safe, compliant, and pristine condition.

• Support event setups and operational teams when required.

• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in responding to the changing needs of a busy hospitality environment.
