Operations Manager – Sustainability

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager – Sustainability to support the day-to-day operations, planning, governance and delivery activities that enable to achieve strategic, commercial and member outcomes. Working closely with the General Manager, Sustainability, you will help drive execution across a growing ecosystem of products, partnerships, learning, engagement initiatives and advocacy activities. 
Acting as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, you'll ensure priorities are aligned, activities are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain connected, and performance is measured and reported. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex initiatives while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate key initiatives and operational activities, ensuring effective planning and execution. 
• Support governance processes, delivery roadmaps, reporting and performance tracking. 
• Facilitate collaboration across Advocacy, Education, Marketing, Partnerships, Member Engagement, Digital and Operations teams. 
• Coordinate events, webinars, campaigns, engagement initiatives and partnership activities. 
• Develop reports, dashboards and performance insights to support decision-making. 
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery approaches and stakeholder experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organised and proactive operations professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, you excel at coordinating priorities, managing competing demands and ensuring activities are delivered effectively. You combine strong attention to detail with a collaborative mindset and take pride in turning plans into outcomes through effective governance, communication and execution.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in operations, program management, project management or business operations roles. 
• Strong planning, organisation and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management capability. 
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards, governance processes and executive updates. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn information into practical insights and actions.
