• Full Time until June 2027 with possible extension

Supportive team within a strong Model of Care

• We're seeking an AOD Peer Worker who draws on their own lived experience of AOD, mental health and recovery

• Build genuine, mutual relationships with consumers and role model recovery

• Provide one-to-one and group peer support

• Advocate for the consumer voice within the multidisciplinary team

• Help people stay connected and work toward the goals that matter to them

• Build connections with peer workers and services across the region

• Delivered within our Model of Care

• Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
