Roselands Dental Practice is seeking an experienced and confident General Dentist to join our growing team on a part-time basis (1–3 days per week).

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about comprehensive patient care and enjoys providing a broad range of treatments. This role would suit a dentist with several years of private practice experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive, modern practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Delivering high-quality restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic and general dental care
• Building long-term relationships with patients through exceptional communication and clinical outcomes
• Working collaboratively with our experienced team to provide seamless patient care
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment notes using Dental4Windows
• Contributing to a positive, patient-focused practice culture

We're Looking For

• Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• A minimum of 3–5 years' private practice experience (more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent diagnostic, treatment planning and communication skills
• Confidence working independently and managing a busy appointment book
• A genuine commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence

Highly Desirable Experience

We're particularly interested in dentists with experience in one or more of the following:

• Dental implants (placement and/or restoration)
• Surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth
• Clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or similar)
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dental4Windows software

These skills are not essential but will be viewed very favourably.

About Roselands Dental Practice

We are a busy, modern two-surgery practice located within Roselands Shopping Centre, with free parking available for both staff and patients.

Our team consists of four experienced dentists, an Oral Health Therapist and an experienced support team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, collaborative environment where clinicians are supported to practise high-quality dentistry while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Availability

We are seeking a dentist for 1–3 days per week.

Preferred availability:

• Tuesdays and alternate Saturdays
• Future days could be Wednesday and/or Friday
